Eastern chimpanzee female 'Gremlin' aged 40 years walking while carrying her daughter 'Glitter's' first born daughter aged 2 months and her own infant son 'Gizmo' aged 2 years (Pan troglodytes schweinfurtheii). Gombe National Park, Tanzania. Sep 2011. Gremlin took the new born baby from her daughter Glitter very shortly after birth. She has suckled successfully for 2 months at the date the picture was taken.
